Steering Wheel Wrap Installation Guide
Follow these steps carefully for correct alignment, clean stitching and a professional finish.

Before You Begin
Read these points before fitting the wrap.
Important preparation

Check the stickers inside the wrap. The side marked FRONT faces the driver, while BACK faces the dashboard.

Do not remove the factory-fitted steering-wheel covering. Removing it may cause fitment problems.

Complete one section between the spokes before moving to the next.

Cut thread approximately five times the length of the section being stitched.

Carefully burn to seal the loose thread end before stitching so it does not unravel.

Apply Tape Where Needed
Inspect the areas near the spokes where the wrap may lift or form a bubble. Apply small pieces of double-sided tape only where support is needed. Leave the backing attached until the wrap is aligned.

Fit the Wrap Over the Wheel
Place the wrap over the top of the steering wheel and gradually stretch it around the rim. A tight fit is normal.

Align the Wrap
Align every join and spoke opening before securing the wrap. Shape the wrap by hand and check that all cut-outs sit evenly around the spokes and controls.
Make sure the material is positioned evenly around each spoke, with an equal amount of leather on the front, back, and sides before tucking or stitching.
Important: Correct alignment before stitching is essential for a clean final result.

Secure the Wrap
Once the position is correct, peel away the tape backing and press the wrap into place without changing its alignment.

Fold and Tuck the Material
Fold the extra material inward first, then gently push the folded edge underneath the trim using the supplied plastic tool.
Do not push unfolded material straight underneath the trim. It can bunch, fold or leave an untidy edge.

Secure the Starting Thread
At the beginning of the section, attach the thread to one of the existing machine-stitched loops. Keep the knot on the inner side where possible, then bring the needle out through the first loop.

Stitch the Section
Pass the needle alternately underneath the existing machine-stitched loops on both sides. Tighten gradually every few stitches to bring the edges together.
Do not pierce the wrap material. Keep the tension even and avoid pulling hard enough to damage the loops.

Finish the Section
At the end of the section, make two secure knots around the final loop. Cut the excess thread and carefully seal the remaining loose end. Repeat the process for each remaining section.
Final Check
Inspect the wheel before driving.

- Stitching is firm, even and free from loose loops.
- All tucked edges remain underneath the trim.
- No large folds, bubbles or wrinkles are visible.
